AutoComply Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17298752), operates AutoComply and is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

In the meantime, the following principles apply:

• AutoComply collects and processes personal data necessary to provide the compliance tracking service. This includes account information (name, email), business information you provide (venue details, compliance records, uploaded documents), and technical data (IP address, browser type, usage logs).
• We use this data to operate the AutoComply service, send compliance reminders, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to run AutoComply — covering authentication, secure data storage, hosting, and transactional email. They process your data only on our instructions. Some are based outside the UK; where that’s the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement) to protect your data.
