• AutoComply collects and processes personal data necessary to provide the compliance tracking service. This includes account information (name, email), business information you provide (venue details, compliance records, uploaded documents), and technical data (IP address, browser type, usage logs).
• We use this data to operate the AutoComply service, send compliance reminders, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We use the following sub-processors: Clerk (authentication), Airtable (data storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email).
• You have rights under UK GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact: hello@auto-comply.io
